The successful candidate will be expected to teach, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum and research activities in PR, Marketing, and Media Studies at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/ Lecturer.
Teaching responsibilities may include courses such as:
- Principles of Marketing,
- Retail Marketing,
- Digital Marketing,
-Media Strategy: Messaging and Influencing, Media Relations, Country Image, Writing for Public Relations, Media Literacy, Media Psychology, Public Relations Ethics, Creative Economy, Image Making and Branding, Photo Journalism, and Professional Development for Media Careers.
Education:
А basic qualification (minimum 5 years for a Professor position) from a reputed institution in PR, Marketing & Media Studies along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant subject and teaching or industry experience, with the ability to teach and assess fundamental and advanced skills at the undergraduate level.
Work Experience:
2-10 years formal teaching experience in relevant specialty/subjects after post-graduation. Preferably, degrees from multiple countries to have global experience. Work experience in different universities in different countries to be familiar with university functioning in higher education.
Special knowledge and skillsExpertise in public relations, marketing, branding, media studies, digital communications, or corporate communication.Strong knowledge of strategic communication, Media ethics, consumer behavior, and market research.Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategies, and data analytics.Experience in campaign planning, media management, and evidence-based marketing practices.Experience in research, publications, and securing research grants.Familiarity with media law, communication ethics, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
