Professor of Law & Governance
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to teach, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum and research activities in Law & Governance at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/ Lecturer.
Teaching responsibilities may include courses such as:
-Business Law
-Foundations of Law
-Media Law
-Organizations and Society
Education
А basic qualification (minimum 5 years for a Professor position) from a reputed institution in Law & Governance along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant subject and teaching or industry experience, with the ability to teach and assess fundamental and advanced skills at the undergraduate level.
Work Experience
2-10 years formal teaching experience, in relevent specialty/subjects after post graduation. Preferably degrees from multiple countries to have a global experience. And work experience in different universities in different countries to be familiar with university functioning in higher education.
Special knowledge and skills
Expertise in constitutional law, administrative law, corporate law, international law, or governance policies. Strong knowledge of legal theory, regulatory frameworks, and judicial systems. Proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and legislative drafting. Experience in public policy analysis, governance structures, and ethical decision-making. Experience in research, academic publications, and securing research grants. Familiarity with comparative legal systems, human rights, and interdisciplinary legal studies.
Language Requirements
Mandatory: English – fluency.
