Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be expected to teach, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum and research activities in TESOL at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/ Lecturer.

Teaching responsibilities may include courses such as:

-Educational Psychology

-Language Assessment 1

-Second Language Acquisition

-Lesson Planning

-Instructional Technology and Material Designing

-Classroom Management

-English Language Teaching Methods 1

-Morphology

-Cultural Study and Language Teaching

-Teaching Young Learners

-Discourse Analyses

-Continuous Professional Development

-Action Research

-Research Writing


Education


А basic qualification (minimum 5 years for a Professor position)  from a reputed institution in TESOL along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant subject and teaching or industry experience, with the ability to teach and assess fundamental and advanced skills at the undergraduate level.


Work Experience


2-10  years formal teaching experience, in relevent specialty/subjects after post graduation. Preferably degrees from multiple countries to have a global experience. And work experience in different universities in different countries to be familiar with university functioning in higher education.


Special knowledge and skills


Expertise in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), second language acquisition, and applied linguistics. Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and language assessment. Proficiency in instructional design, digital language learning tools, and classroom management strategies. Experience in teaching English in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. Experience in research, academic publications, and securing research grants.Familiarity with intercultural communication, bilingual education, and language policy.

Mandatory: English – fluency.
