Professor of Art

The successful candidate will be expected to teach, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum and research activities in Art at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/ Lecturer.
Teaching responsibilities may include courses such as:
-Basics of Design
-Architectural Drawing
-Architectural Composition
-Interior Design (Elective)
-Landscape Design (Elective) - Lecture
-Landscape Design (Elective) - Practice
-History of Art
Education:
A basic qualification (minimum 5 years for a Professor position) in Art from a reputed institution, along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant subject, with teaching or industry experience and the ability to teach and assess skills at the undergraduate level.
Work experience:
2-10 years formal teaching experience, in relevent specialty/subjects after post graduation. Preferably degrees from multiple countries to have a global experience. And work experience in different universities in different countries to be familiar with university functioning in higher education.
Special knowledge and skills
Expertise in fine arts, visual arts, and contemporary art practices. Proficiency in traditional and digital artistic techniques and media. Strong knowledge of art history, theory, and criticism. Experience in research, exhibitions, and publications in reputable platforms.Familiarity with interdisciplinary approaches and emerging trends in the art world. Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
