Professor of International Business

Education:

А basic qualification (minimum 5 years for a Professor position)  from a reputed institution in  Business & Management along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant subject and teaching or industry experience, with the ability to teach and assess fundamental and advanced skills at the undergraduate level.

Work Experience:

2-10  years formal teaching experience, in relevent specialty/subjects after post graduation. Preferably degrees from multiple countries to have a global experience. And work experience in different universities in different countries to be familiar with university functioning in higher education.

Special knowledge and skills:

Expertise in business strategy, organizational behavior, leadership, entrepreneurship, and management principles.Strong knowledge of financial management, marketing, operations, and human resource management.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, business analytics, and digital transformation strategies.Experience in corporate governance, business ethics, and sustainability practices.Experience in research, academic publications, and securing research grants.Familiarity with global business trends, regulatory frameworks, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
