Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Research the market, generate leads, and track competitors
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Negotiate deals and deliver compelling product presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, procurement)
- Report on sales performance and forecasts to management
Requirements:
Education:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; medical background is also considered
Experience:
• Sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector
• Experience working with healthcare institutions and making product presentations
Skills:
• Basic knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Fluent in Uzbek and English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Able to multitask, manage time, and work in a team
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
• Existing healthcare contacts in the region
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Additional language skills
• Willingness to travel
